Custom Design and Fabrication
Each Dock is custom engineered, designed and fabricated to meet all site specific needs. We are able to manufacture any shape or height Aluminum Floating Dock, ensuring that each Dock meets the optimum level of functionality for each specific install. All frames are created with 6061-T6 / 6082 aluminum, which is the ideal material for aluminum dock construction due to its ability to be welded and the fact that it never rusts.
Aluminum floating dock component
1.Aluminum Alloy frame floating dock, stable and elegant.
2. HDPE floats with EPS foam, density at least 15kg/m3.
3. WPC decking or other imported decking,fixed by stainless steel 316L screw and bolts.
4. With rubber bumper to protect the dock.
5. Fix: piling / anchoring
6. Pile Cap:Plastic Pile Cap
7. Power Pedestal:alluminum alloy
8. Cleat:stainless steel 304 or SS 316, 5 tons / 10 tons
